On the Workbench

Here's my workbench, with some of my completed models and other kits in various stages of completion.

Here's the Deep Space Escort kit from Federation Models.  I've barely begun it, other than a little putty work for air bubbles in the bow.  I have to say it's one of the best molded resin kits I've ever bought  Very, very clean.

Below is an old AMT saucer.  I use it to test various paint colors to see how they look after drying, how they look next to one another, and how they change after clear coating.  This helps prevent nasty surprises later on.
